In recent years, the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) has surpassed its target by attracting approximately 30% of high school graduates into vocational training, up from the the lower 20s percentage goal of 2022-24. The 2025 amendments to Saudi Arabia's Labour Law have expanded training requirements for employers. Previously applicable only to companies with 50 or more employees, the new regulations mandate that all employers provide training to their Saudi employees. Employers must establish formal training policies, define specific skills in training contracts, and report training data annually through an online platform designated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD)
